Pandrosos, called "the all-refreshing one" was a hermaphroditic deity of sun and rain, or alternately the deified high priestess of Minerva the Roman goddess of wisdom. Associated with Apollo, (s)he presided over the harvest season's weather, and was implored to provide appropriate sun and rain for the ingathering of the year's food.

In ritual alone and with others, praise the good weather of this time of year lavishly, and give thanks for the good weather of the previous year. Celebrate with bread, wine, apples, and other produce of this time of year.
